During an early rainy season, torrential rainfall traps a young soccer team and their coach in the Tham Luang Cave complex in Thailand. The government must overcome many difficulties, from difficult terrain, uncooperative weather, and political inexperience to bring the team safely home.

With quarter after quarter of economic decline and the collapse of the largest bank since Washington Mutual, it appears that a second GFC is knocking at the door of the global economy. Central Bank leaders, global financial institutions, and the international community must come up with a plan to address the impending situation.

A Fight for Freedom: Chinese-Taiwanese Relations in 2026 JCC
It’s 2026 and China has begun its invasion of Taiwan. On one side of the Taiwan Strait sits the top leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and the People’s Liberation Army as they aim to achieve the central mission of the country: reunification of China. On the other side of the strait, a war council of Taiwan and its allies, including the United States, has convened to defend the island. An act of aggression centuries in the making, the revival of war in the Pacific involving the two most powerful nations has the geopolitical capacity and significance to shake the world.

A great war has brought death and destruction to Europe, and soldiers of the Central and Allied powers alike fight ceaselessly to achieve even the smallest territorial gains. 3,000 miles away, Woodrow Wilson’s Presidential Cabinet navigates the trenches of Washington D.C. politics as German submarines resume unrestricted warfare in the Atlantic, minority groups fight for civil rights, and isolationist sentiments remain strong. His advisors and outside advocates must find a way to address issues domestically and clarify the American position in the Great War.
